Project Management and Coordination: As Lead Partner, IPA plays a central role in planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders and timely delivery of outcomes within budget constraints. Ayamama Life Valley: IPA will implement activities is the “Ayamama Life Valley” a region where floods with great loss of life have been experienced in the past. It is one of the Life Valleys which were created on the basis of reclamation of stream beds and the plots are adjacent to the most densely built areas of Istanbul. With the implementation of the life valley concept, it is being considerably increased especially in the districts located at the project area border and having the least green area per capita. The increase in green areas will decrease the risks on living things, aquatic environment and in-water ecosystem cycle.
